I was driving home when he called. I immediately called John. He was excited. I was excited. I already called and told my parents. They are not as excited as we are. I suppose they are sad, but they wished me congratulations. And we're all going to dinner tomorrow to celebrate. Saturday is John's birthday and we will see his parents. We will tell them then in person.
Now I get to organize a move! I love moving. I'm such a dork in that way. I love organizing everything, packing it all up, unpacking in a new place and buying a new house. Love. It. I do not start until about a year from now, so obviously there's plenty of time to do everything.
On a much less exciting note, after I made the pumpkin bread, I decided to use the rest of the can to make pumpkin overnight oats. I could not get this picture to upload on my work computer this morning, so I'm late posting it. Apparently, the new uploader for blogger dos not work on my computer at work.
Pumpkin Overnight Oats
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 spoons plain yogurt
- 2 spoons pumpkin
- Splash of milk
- 1 spoon coconut butter
